This research continues on our work from previous years. Every LGBT+ person who is currently employed is welcome to take part in it.
Previous years brought us many interesting data f.e. we found out that almost half of non-heteronormative employees feel free to talk openly about their sexual orientation and/or gender identity at work, but also that almost 4% of the same group experiences physical abuse due to their sexual orientation and/or gender identity at workplace.
Survey, conducted by Pro Diversity Foundation, will last til 7th of April. Every year more and more respondents answer our call.
– This year our estimate is 3000 responses – reveals Jej Perfekcyjność, Pro Diversity Foundation CEO – Although this survey is not meant to represent the entirety of polish LGBT+ community, the amount of people taking part in it is very important. The results of this research will benefit not only our foundation but also companies interested in situation of their LGBT employees.
This time we also aim to ask survey respondents how are they dealing with skyrocketing inflation rate and current dangers like situation behind Poland’s eastern border.
Survey will result with a report, due to be published at the beginning of summer – right on time for the PRIDE season, celebrated across Poland with numerous marches and a parade.
– We need an input from our own community in order to work more efficiently and support businesses in creating LGBT+ friendly workplaces – says Michał Majzer, PR specialist at Pro Diversity Foundation – The more people take part in the survey, the better. We hope that support from other organisations and our partners will help us, once again, to break the record.
Filling the survey is not difficult and only takes a few minutes. It can be found at www.badanieLGBT.pl.
Partners of the survey are: queer.pl & Queer UW. In the past this survey was conducted by Fundacja LGBT Business Forum.
